Brandelope™ mailing envelopes are manufactured in the U.S.A. and are available in five different sizes including a standard letter size, legal size, corporate size, mini and x-large. All of our customized Brandelope™ mailing envelopes can be shipped or mailed through USPS™, UPS™ or FedEx®.

We take client supplied full four color process graphics and digitally print on C1S stock followed by adding a high-gloss lamination to create an attractive mailing envelope that can be used by pharmaceutical companies, advertising agencies, accountants, colleges, movie companies, banks and more. These customized envelopes can be ordered with a minimum quantity of only 200 units, which makes it easy to personalize many different direct mail campaigns that can target your specific client’s needs. Envelopes that a self-seal tape and an easy-open “zip strip” that contributes to the effectiveness of the mailing envelope.
